Hell I even remember reading some really awful reasoning like "I have narrowed down this Face's possible names down to this list of 5 and none of them fit as town so they're scum" or something like that
Which is obviously garbage for reasons

It removes scum's ability to WIFOM us with fake shots or messages in the death notes as well. No room for trickery when all is known

Like, in a normal game nobody is afraid of night kills. Why are we so afraid of night kills. Night kills help town solve as much as anything.

I completely agree with Mello here.
I mean, if faces were completely known, I'd be dead at this point, so I'm satisfied staying mum on this.
Knowing faces doesn't matter. The obvious ones are obvious, the less obvious ones aren't too important to figure out.
I'm willing to trust L on him vouching for Shuichi for now, so the only person whose face really does determine something is Misa's, as Corrik does not fit the profile of 'roleplays and tunnels somebody for playing miller all game'.

In a normal game the normal is that there will be one kill per night on average but in this game especially early it is less a chance so I am fine with scum not getting guarantees kills especially since we are so behind with the modkills it could buy us an extra day

Shuichi does rub me extremely wrong since he has not mentioned anything about his lock on target which is YINZ reason light got himself modkilled Dont worry about it. I have all the relevant information on it that he has been willing to share. |

While we are numbers wise day four we are still day three night action wise for both killing face guesses and potential face scans if scum has that so I am still fine keeping faces hidden

It's a strong theory, but if it's right, then the EK appears to have been used.
