if raye is t-o-w-n, i dont see much of a difference between giving it to light and giving it to raye if hideki is scum. we might not have confirmation both are t-o-w-n but he would know. and if raye is t-o-w-n, it isnt like he is a bad player. hes been around and been giving insight on things so he couldnt assume it would be an easy victory whatever the challenge was. so i am not positive a scum watari scum hideki makes sense. he couldve easily just said watari helped him so he gets the second spot in that scenario. the only way scum-scum makes sense (with t-o-w-n raye) is if they didnt really care about the prize and were just trying to suck up by letting a town player in to earn them town points, but in that case light is still the better option since we all know theyre town.

Honestly no idea. I was zoned in on solving it. I definitely would not have just given it away randomly though

That's it though. I got in there and saw it was a competition which needed two people.

My immediate thought was that somebody else was needed, and given that I had just solved it, somebody was probably inches away from solving it.

Adrenaline going (as yours might have been? Mine was for sure when the password worked), I thought to immediately control the situation to the best of my ability by giving the password away immediately.

And despite Watari helping, he hasn't made an impact here, and you have, so it just seemed to make the most sense at the time.

Honestly, Teru looks the worst in this whole exchange. Watari looks a lot better because he gave away the riddle like that. And Raye, if I were mafia, why wouldn't I just make sure that a fellow member got the spot, to ensure that whatever the reward is stuck with the team?

Tbh, I'm a little regretful I didn't throw the game, because I still think I'll probably die, but things turned out fine regardless.

I mean, the arena signup thread is open. If you wanted to ensure L got it, you could just say "I want L to take the other slot", and if anyone else tries, everyone would be able to know they did it.
