sbells modkill is interesting. it outright says he was asked to be modkilled. i cannot tell if that is just flavor or if he actually did. i had wondered what would happen if someone needed a replace in this game as the nature of how scum kills seems to indicate that replaces will not be allowed. i also do not think sbell would do something to get him modkilled without us seeing it here on the board (ie posting about it out of game or pming someone else). perhaps he desperately needed a replace and this was the result. this will complicate things for people refusing to play the game

I assume SBell couldn't play anymore, and regardless, every note has said he and the host agreed, so it's really probably not worth digging into. It is what it is.

Watari, Raye, and I were actively working on the hint. Watari gave the riddle up. I had to solve it fast, and once I did, I wanted it immediately in somebody else's hands. It would've been fucking stupid as shit to wait and give mafia a chance to get in there, so I went with the people solving it publicly.

the good news is i still do have a town lean on raye even with all things considered. but the decision to pick him over one of the other actually confirmed players is baffling. even ignoring me, you have light and l. one of which guaranteed the roleblocker lynch day 1 if you wanted to go by who was having a stronger game and didn't want to give it to l as they have been more absent here.

you announce you solve it. say you want light in there. anyone else who joins you see and we auto-lynch. scum would be outting themselves at that point. they couldnt sneak in based on the rules set up in that house.

So I feel bad voting Hideki after we just bonded over snake, but the more I think about this the less sense his actions make from a toown perspective.

Pretending his is toown, why in the world would he give it to me? Because I was active and working on it? Why not Watari? (Who was very active there and then left again)

But suppose Hideki is scum and scum solved it together. Well they are in a bit of a pickle. If two scum get in together this isn't a mini game where the winner can remain hidden.

Why is Watari so cool with Hideki just giving the spot to me here? He reacted to Hideki here indicating he is around. But then Hideki gives it to me and nothing? I think the most likely scenario here is Hideki and Watari are scum together who planned this out. However it is also possible Watari is scum and didn't want to kick up a fuss over Hideki doing this. In either situation Watari is scum

as i pointed out earlier, watari has been super active with the puzzles and not active at all with the game. 14 of his 25 posts yesterday were puzzle related. then today, he is gone for a large chunk only to show up when the game starts. he is active but not in a way that is solving stuff for t-o-w-n
